Does Hopscotch offer recurring invoicing?
Yes, you can create a recurring invoice by using the frequency dropdown on the invoice creation screen. Simply select recurring and then customize the sequence to your preference.
To complete the Recurring sequence set up, simply input your preferences. Remember to select 'Automatically send each invoice' at the bottom of the pop-up to ensure each invoice in your sequence is automatically sent on the desired date. If you do not select this option you will need to approve each invoice before it is sent. This feature is popular with businesses that often deal with change requests and/or changes to their pricing over the course of a project.
That's it! To view your existing recurring invoices, go to Accounting>Receivable>Recurring. When you click on a payment, you'll see how many outstanding invoices are in the sequence. You'll also be able to edit or delete the recurring invoice sequence by clicking the Edit, Update Series, or Cancel Series buttons on the invoice information card on the right side of the screen.
