Does my client/vendor need to sign up for Hopscotch for me to transact with them?
Nope! When you send an invoice to a business that is not an active Hopscotch user, they will receive an email with a link to pay your invoice. They can complete their payment without signing up for Hopscotch. Once they pay, you will still get instant access to the funds on Hopscotch without any fees.
If you send a payment to a business that is not on Hopscotch, they will also receive an email with a link to accept your payment. They can accept your payment without signing up for Hopscotch. Once they accept, we will send your funds to them using the account details they provided. Since they are not a Hopscotch user, the funds will arrive at their bank in 2-3 business days. There are no fees associated with the transfer.

What does the email to my client/vendor look like?
Hopscotch's email to your client/vendor are text-based, so that your brand is front and center. Here's an example:
What does the payment screen look like?
Once your client/vendor interacts with the email, they are brought to a secure landing screen with your branding. You can edit the banner color, logo image, profile image, and button color for this page in Settings>Branding.
Note: If you sent a non-user a payment, the screen differs slightly to illustrate they are receiving a payment, not making one.
On the payment screen, your clients/vendors can complete the transaction with their Bank Account or a Credit/Debit Card in just a few clicks!
My client wants to complete their transaction via Bank; do they need to connect their account with Plaid?
