Uh oh! You forgot your password - now what?
You can click 'Forgot password' on the log in screen and follow this flow:
- Enter the email address associated with your Hopscotch account
- Hopscotch will send you a reset password code, if there is an account associated with the email you entered.
- Check your email inbox (including spam) for the code that was sent to you
- Enter the code in Hopscotch
- Create a new password and log in
If you're already signed into Hopscotch and want to change your password you can navigate to Settings>Account>Reset Password. This flow will ask you to input your existing password and then to create your new password.
