It is not currently possible to facilitate a refund through Hopscotch. However, there are some workarounds:
- If the client is a Hopscotch user, they must send you an invoice for the refund amount. Once received, you can then pay the invoice to refund your client.
- If the client is not a Hopscotch user, you can visit their profile and add a bill for the refund amount. Once added, pay the bill through your Accounting page to send them the money.
- Alternative: withdraw the refund amount from Hopscotch and refund your client by sending them an ACH or Wire through your bank (not advised).
