Nope! Hopscotch Flow is a private financial tool. Your client won’t be notified that you used Flow—to them, it’ll appear as if they are paying you as they normally do.
What happens if my client’s payment isn’t timely?
If your client’s payment is late due to cash flow or other issues, a 0.086% per day late fee will be added to the total fee for the service.
Does my client need to sign up for Hopscotch if I use Flow?
Nope. Hopscotch Flow works with non-users too. You can send invoices via email. Your client won’t need to create a Hopscotch account for you to active Flow on an invoice (though it’d be awesome if they did!).
